Balances and Payments

Client agrees to pay Dumpster Rental Near Me agreed upon amount to rent a roll-off dumpster for 7 days.  Client understands that the rental price includes:  

• 1 delivery of dumpster, 

• 7 day rental period, 

• 1 pickup of dumpster, 

• 4,000 lbs (2 tons) in disposal fees.  

 

Once the dumpster is placed on your property, If the dumpster is requested to be kept longer than 7 days, there will be an additional fee of $65.00 per day.

Client is responsible for any fees associated with the rental including, but not limited to:  additional time beyond the 7 day rental period, dry run fees, tonnage fees, cancellation fees, overloading fees, hazardous material fees.  In the event legal action must be taken, Dumpster Rental Near Me holds the right to seek all legal fees and costs that accrue.

Dumpster Rental Near Me will not be financially responsible for weight overage incurred due to rain, water, snow, or ice that may accumulate in the dumpster.  As deemed necessary by the Client, the dumpster may be covered with a tarp to prevent water weight overages. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Dumpster Rental Near Me has the right to charge a $150 cancellation fee for all orders cancelled prior to 24 hours of the scheduled delivery.  However, orders cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery are ineligible for a refund.  All cancellations must be received within normal business hours (M-F 8:00am-5:00pm PST).

 

Dry Run Policy (Failed Delivery or Pickup Attempt)

Client accepts all responsibility for making the property accessible for delivery of the dumpster.  If the driver cannot deliver or pick-up the dumpster due to non-payment, unsigned contract, low-hanging branches, low laying power lines, locked gates, parked cars, fenced animals, wet grass, or any other financial or physical obstruction, the Client will accrue a $250 fee for a dry run attempt.

 

Relocation

After initial delivery of the dumpster, if the Client decides to move the dumpster to another location, the Client will accrue a $150 fee for Dumpster Rental Near Me to move the dumpster.  The 7 day time period will not restart upon relocating the dumpster.  

The Client will not move the dumpster after it is placed.  If the Client moves the dumpster without the consent of Dumpster Rental Near Me, the Client will be charged a $250 fee.

 

Damage Policy

Dumpster Rental Near Me will not be held responsible for any damage to your property, neighboring properties, or susceptible objects.  This includes, but is not limited to:  lawns, sidewalks, curbs, fences, pavement, driveways, pavers, septic, irrigation, mailboxes, basketball hoops, and underground utilities.  It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure your property is capable and sufficient for the dimensions and weight of the dumpster and truck.  It is the Client’s responsibility to disclose any susceptible objects to Dumpster Rental Near Me in writing prior to the time of delivery.

The Client will be responsible for any damages to the dumpster, excluding minor paint scratches.  Any holes or dents found will be fixed at the Client’s expense. 

 

Overloading and Hazardous Materials

Do not fill the dumpster above the edges of the container.  Overloading the dumpster with material sticking out or over the edges deems the dumpster illegal to transport.  If your dumpster is overfilled and deemed unsafe to transport, it will result in a dry run fee.  Material will need to be removed from the dumpster, by the Client, before the dumpster can be transported.

If the weight of the dumpster materials is over the 2 ton limit, there is an additional charge of $100.00 per additional ton.

 

Disposition of hazardous material is prohibited. If hazardous material is observed upon pick-up, the material will need to be removed, by the Client, and it will result in a dry run fee.  If hazardous material is encountered at the landfill, the Client will be charged accordingly.  

 

General Guidelines for Use of Roll off Dumpsters:

• The Client will not place the following material into the dumpster:

o Hazardous materials

o Drums, tanks, cans, or any other container capable of carrying a liquid, unless crushed

o Medical waste or animal carcasses

o Asbestos, paint, tires, solvents, liquids

o Any flammable material

o Vehicle or marine batteries

o Household appliances (refrigerators, ovens, microwaves ovens, washers, dryers)

o Heavy material such as concrete, rock, brick, or dirt, etc.

• The Client will not fill dumpster higher than the top of the sides.  Every effort will be made to distribute weight of the items equally throughout the dumpster.

• The Client will accept full responsibility for the contents of the dumpster and the associated risk for illegal dumping.

• The Client accepts the responsibility for obtaining any permits that may be required prior to the delivery of the dumpster.  If a dumpster is unable to be delivered due to a permit issue, the Client will be charged a dry run fee.

• The Client understands the rental time for the dumpster and that after the rental period has expired, the dumpster may be removed from the property, without consent, by Dumpster Rental Near Me.
